Steps to be added to a team or have a USSSA players account created? Here is the information that needs to be sent in:

TEAM NAME:

PLAYERS LEGAL NAME

EMAIL ADDRESS

CELL PHONE NUMBER

BIRTHDAY

CITY & ZIP CODE

*Picture of Drivers License

Email the information to: [email protected]

Information to sign waiver, accept roster & Pay 2025 Players card

Step 1: Go to http://usssa.com and select login (Top Right) Or Follow the email link you were sent from team manager

Step 2: Select Adult Login

Step 3: Fill out your email and password (If you forget login, email [email protected])

Step 4: Click on player management

Step 5: Fill in “player Registration payment”

Step 6: Sign name

Step 7: Check Waiver & Accept box

Step 8: Click :Accept, Sign & Pay

Step 9: Click “Green Approve box”

Step 10: Click “Blue OK” Box

Than your all set!!

2025 Player PRV (Ranking) Appeal Steps

REMEMBER THAT THE TIME TO APPEAL IS ONLY OPEN FROM JANUARY 1ST,2026 TO JANUARY 31ST, 2026

Step 1: Go to http://usssa.com and select login (Top Right

Step 2: Select Adult Login

Step 3: Fill out your email and password (If you forget login, email [email protected])

Step 4: Click on Blue Appeal Button

Step 5: Fill out the 3 questions (Be VERY detailed in the 3rd question, if anything is left blank or short your appeal will be denied) than hit submit

Step 6: Check your email for a confirmation!!
