TIME LIMITS: 55 Mins

HOME RUN RULE:
MENS: Six (6) Home Runs per team.  Excessive HRs are DBOs.

WOMENS: Unlimited

COED: Men Four (4) Excessive HRs are DBOs, Women Unlimited

ROSTERS: will lock on Thursday February 22nd  at 9pm.  Any additions to your rosters will have to be done by the state director.

Please make sure all players are on your roster and all players are in the Approved column. Any player in the Pending column is not good.

They need to do the waiver and accept the team invite. ALL players must have their government issued ID on them at ALL times.

PROTEST: The Protest Fee is $150 cash; please alert the umpire and he will call a TD to the field. If your protest is upheld, you will receive your $150 back. If the protest is denied, you will forfeit the $150 and the game will proceed from where it was interrupted.

COURTESY RUNNERS: One (1) courtesy runner per inning, Per Gender may be used.

DUGOUT RULE: Only players, coaches and score keepers are allowed in the dugout.

ON DECK RULE: Only one on deck batter and 1 coach in each box, all others are to be in the dugout.

PROFANITY AND TAUNTING: This will not be tolerated and based on umpire discretion.

BAT RULE: Only the new 240 stamp bats will be allowed.  Anyone caught using an unstamped bat will be an out and ejected from the game.  Anyone using an altered bat will be ejected from the tournament.

BALL RULE: The Tournament Director will supply 3 game balls for mens, 3 game balls for womens, and 2 mens balls & 2 womens balls for coed.

(Any Classic M, Pro M or Hard Cord ball is allowed with a USSSA or GSL Stamp (Mens & Womens Softball ball will be available for purchase 6 for $50 or 12 (Dozen) for $80)

BATTING: All teams may bat up to 12 players and any 10 players may play defense at any time. Coed must have equal men & Women on defense.

10 PLAYER RULE Any team may start with 9 players, they must take an out in the 10th position and they may add the 10th player only at any time.

There will be NO grace time added prior to game start time * Teams must have line ups in and be ready for play 30 mins before scheduled game time

Except amended by the Utah State By-Laws Tournament rules, all rules of United States Specialty Sports Association (USSSA/GSL) will be used.
